All reservations require a guarantee by a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard; number and expiry date). This information is held as a safeguard, there being no charge at the time of booking. For bookings for longer than 10 days or of more than two rooms for the same period, availability and special booking conditions should be checked by email or fax before using the online reservation.

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to three days before the date of arrival. Otherwise one night's accommodation fee (for one-night bookings) or two nights' accommodation fee (for bookings of two or more nights) will be debited to the credit card.

Payment by cash or by Travellers Cheque in Turkish Lira, Euro, USD and GBP is accepted. Also acceptable are Visa and Mastercard. There is a 10% discount for all cash payments and payments by Travellers Cheque.

Check-in time is 13:00 hours; check-out time is 12:00 hours. Guests arriving early or leaving late can store their belongings in our luggage room and use the hotel facilities. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.
