All reservations require a guarantee by a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard; number and expiry date). This information is held as a safeguard, there being no charge at the time of booking. For bookings for longer than 10 days or of more than two rooms for the same period, availability and special booking conditions should be checked by email or fax before using the online reservation.

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to three days before the date of arrival. Otherwise one night's accommodation fee (for one-night bookings) or two nights' accommodation fee (for bookings of two or more nights) will be debited to the credit card.

Payment by cash in Turkish Lira and in other major currencies such as Euro, USD and GBP is accepted. Also acceptable are Visa and Mastercard. There is a 10% discount for cash payments (not available for payments by credit card).

Our check-in time is 13:00 hours; our check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. In any case, guests can store their belongings in our storage room and use the hotel facilities before their check-in and after their check-out
